The temperature of our pools in the Thermal Spa is set at 38-40 °C with the advice of our doctor.
It should not be forgotten that our thermal pools are visited by guests with many different ailments and health problems. Diabetics, high-low blood pressure problems, those with heart diseases, all of these guests with all these different ailments, in order to use the thermal pools without any problems, the water temperature should be at the optimum level, which is 38-40 degrees.

To maintain hygiene in thermal pools;

BONNET;

It is compulsory to wear a bonnet in the pools (except for those who have no hair on their head)

COTTON PRODUCT;

It is strictly forbidden to enter thermal pools with cotton products.

UNDER 2 YEARS;

All children under 2 years of age are required to use swim diapers that offer a safe use in the pool with its leak-proof feature. (You can purchase this special diaper from Spa Reception).

RESPONSIBILITY;

Children are the responsibility of their parents in the Thermal Spa, pools and all other areas.

VALUABLES;

You are kindly requested to leave your valuables in the safety deposit boxes in the hotel rooms and at the Spa Reception.

LOST ITEMS;

The hotel management is not responsible for any valuables lost from the Thermal Spa changing rooms and lockers.

JUMPING INTO THE POOLS;

Thermal pools are not for swimming. Due to the depth of 1.40 cm, jumping into the thermal pools is absolutely dangerous and prohibited.

APPOINTMENT;

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for appointments made at the Thermal Spa. Please notify the cancellation of your appointments on time. Our guests who do not show up for their appointments 2 times cannot be given an appointment without a fee in advance for the next appointment requests.
